Came home n flared up so I was going to take an anti inflammatory but I decided to try blowing out the pain…

Take 5 fast breathes in through nose and out then hold on 5th for 5 seconds then blow out through mouth fast… as if pulling the pain out with your inhale as power to grasp with your mind… you can feel when it’s big n gonna be a few times because it wiggles away… while doing that imagine you have are holding the pain try to isolate it sometimes it’s a hard one… but blow fast… repeat until the pain has subsided… upon exhaling visualize exhaling black tarry smoke…
